Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

Payment

Our website accepts payments using Visa, MasterCard, Amex and PayPal. Once your credit card has been validated, upon clicking “Complete Order” we will debit your credit card immediately for the full order amount.

Your credit card information is not stored or kept at any time on our site.

Pre-order Policy

Any and all pre-orders are charged at the initial placement of your order. Pre-orders are usually delivered within 30 days of the order date, however an exact delivery date cannot be provided. We aim to dispatch pre-ordered items within 2 business days of their availability, subject to unforeseen circumstances that may affect the delivery time-frame.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
